I’m very excited to have found your work and websites. The Minoans are a fascinating and provocative field of study. It is refreshing to have a take on this ancient civilization wrought with epiphany and insight, in the vein of Robert Graves; rather than the sterile reiteration of the limited information available. Cheers

Thanks again! I am researching the Pequot War and found your content. Great stuff. I am going to incorporate some Block Island Post War refugees into my narrative. I think they'd fit right into a mythical unknown mixed race fishing village on the South Coast of Massachusetts.

I happened to be looking on the internet and saw the Pistol Packin' Mama B-24 photo and went in to that site.....My dad was a navigator on the Pistol Packin' Mama 464th, 776th....he used to tell us about the horrible missions to Ploesti and Bleckhammer..... he made it out after 50 missions... maybe he knew you!thanks for putting this on the net...The brave young men in their flying machines!

Thanks so much for your post! What was your Dad's name? Since the air crews were necessarily so interchangeable, I wonder if my Dad and yours sometimes flew missions together. Hope to hear more about your Dad's experiences, and thanks again for writing!

Hi Teach,

You've displayed a plethora of knowledge here.

Also, thank for you making me a stronger public speaker in your course several years back. It has made me a more confident and weathered person on society and business.
